The new digitally remaster version released in 2006, from the original tapes, is even better as it includes also new very good tracks (like Memphisto, Dangerous) and a superior sound quality than the original release.
As of 2010, Violator has sold more than 15 million copies worldwide, with 4 million units sold in the United States alone!
